Enterprise Activation

Once all of the prerequisites have been met, completing the Enterprise Activation is a fairly simple process.  Regardless of the model or software version of your Blackberry, activation will entail one of two different processes.

Note:  Your activation password expires after 48 hours, so if it has been longer than that since you’ve requested it, please call or email us for a new one.

After you have wiped your Blackberry device and it reboots, you will either be taken directly to your main screen, or you will see the Setup Wizard.  Once you have determined whether or not you’re using the Setup Wizard, use the appropriate steps as shown below:

Finishing

Once you click the Activate option on your device, it will display the word Activating…  If everything is working correctly, you’ll see the words:

Verifying Encryption…
Encryption Verified

Once you see Encryption Verified, you can set your device down for a few minutes and wait for it to populate itself with the information in your mailbox.
