Overview
If you go to https://so3.suretech.com/ (SureDesk 3.0) or https://so2.suretech.com/ (SureDesk 2.0) and see the below message that means you need to install the Citrix receiver to access the SureDesk.

Note: If the receiver is already installed click Already Installed. If it still doesn’t work uninstall the receiver and and reinstall.
Downloading from this webpage is NOT RECOMMENDED because it will most likely not use the most current version of the Citrix receiver.
If you do wish to download from the access panel follow the below steps.
- Click the checkbox next to By selecting the check box, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept the Citirx License Agreement.
- Click Download.
- Click Run and run the program.
Installing on a PC
- Go to http://www.citrix.com/English/ss/downloads/index.asp?ntref=hp_nav_US
- Click on the Client Center download image.
- Click on Windows.

- Click the download link under For Web Access.
- Do not click on Click to download your file now, but click on the words Click here which are at the bottom of the pop up.
- Save the file and run the program.
- When finished go to https://so3.suretech.com/ (SureDesk 3.0) or https://so2.suretech.com/ (SureDesk 2.0).
Apple Install
Follow these steps to install Citrix on a Apple computer:
- Close all your apps.
- Open safari and go to http://www.citrix.com/English/ss/downloads/index.asp
- Click on the Client Center download image.
- Click on Mac OS X.

- Click the download link under For Web Access.
- Do not click on Click to download your file now, but click on the words Click here which are at the bottom of the pop up.
- Save the file and run the program.
- Reboot the mac and go to https://so3.suretech.com/ (SureDesk 3.0) or https://so2.suretech.com/ (SureDesk 2.0).
iPad Install
Follow these steps to install Citrix on iPad:
- Go to the app store on your iPad
- Search for 'citrix receiver' with an icon like this:

- Install it on the ipad, then return to this page on your ipad safari browser and click this link: citrixreceiver://createprofile/?s=https%3A%2F%2Fso3.suretech.com/citrix/ipad/config.xml&pname=SureDesk&d=greenqube&gw=1&gwt=2&gwa=0
- Enter your username and password
For the iPad we recommend doing this on a weekday as you may need support. Among other things I know a bug requires clicking the SureDesk twice before it works correctly. Again, prepare to experiment a bit before you can be productive on the iPad.
