President and CEO
Alberto leads the development SureTech.com and has served many long term clients and friends ranging from Solopreneurs to Fortune 50 companies, including Schlumberger, American Express, established manfuacturing, distribution, accounting firms and many startups.  Prior to SureTech.com he developed online entertainment ranging from the immensely successful 1999 teen hub iTurf.com to massive multiplayer games and arcade environments for Disney, ESPN and others.  Alberto also conceived and built custom community and CMS applications for multiple large scale online community websites including the international thebusinessonline.com and non profit collaboratives such as South Jersey Works, Yale Net and DwightHall.  At SureTech.com he is dedicated to enabling and empowering SMB businesses to get reliable, secure I.T., on demand, anywhere, anytime.

David has been working with and programming computers since he was introduced to a Hewlett-Packard programmable calculator in junior high school. Since then he has programmed many different computers in a variety of languages (some of which are even still useful). He attended Yale University and, after graduation, went to work for what was then a small-software company in Redmond, WA. - Microsoft. In his thirteen years at Microsoft he had the opportunity to work on a variety of software projects in the Office Development Group. David held a variety of positions at Microsoft including Development Team Lead and Development Manager. After he left Microsoft, he started David McKinnis Consulting to help non-profits and small businesses use technology more effectively.

Who am I?
So much to say with so little space - a devoted father and husband, a runner and life-long learner. Someone who believes that people and life give back to you what you give to them.

Kauai, Hawaii (though it's been a long time since I've been there). A beautiful island and a place that (when I last visited it at least) wasn't as built up as some other beautiful places.

What do you do at SureTech.com?
I play a number of roles. I try to look at the big picture of how we are going to successfully deliver the right set of technologies to our customers. I work on managing our technology projects to ensure they are delivered on time. And I also do a fair amount of work on the server-side technologies we deliever.

Dana brings a breadth of experience in marketing and fundraising and experience with the non-profit sector to Topaz. She was the Director of Volunteer Programs for Partnerships for Parks for seven years, which included conceptualizing their content management database of over 60,000 as well as their website at itsmypark.org. Prior to that she worked as a Program Officer for the Foundation for a Civil Society encouraging civic participation initiatives like Rock the Vote in Slovakia. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Czech Republic. She studied as an English major at Yale. Dana is featured here with company mascot, Catalina Evelyn Molina.

Toni Ichikawa comes to Topaz on a project basis with teamB which she founded in 2001 and has developed into an independent creative studio whose main strength is to provide highly conceptual and strategic advertising campaigns, integrated marketing programs and design projects. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Toni has worked as an art and creative director at several noted luxury and fashion advertising agencies including Mac Barret, Lloyd + (co), Assouline and KraftWorks. With a solid foundation in design, Toni has also created campaigns and directed photo shoots with such noted photographers as Peter Lindbergh, Michelangelo di Battista, Patrick Demarchelier, Greg Kadel, Nathaniel Goldberg, Mario Testino and Craig McDean. She has also worked on fully integrated campaigns for Estée Lauder, Nicole Miller, Express, Hilfiger Fragrance, and Harry Winston. She was named as one of the leading New York-based Japanese art directors by NY Weekly Business News and was profiled in Director’s Magazine in Summer of 2006. Most recently, she managed creative studio at Lloyd + (co) as associate creative director till April 2009.

With extensive creative design and development management experience, Matt directs the efforts of our interactive designers, and production staff to ensure the success of each project. Matt has worked with B2B, B2C, municipal, and healthcare clients. Matt brings 15 years of digital leadership experience and a BFA degree from The School of Visual Arts.

Kenya, Africa. The Kichwa Tembo lodge where my husband and I honeymooned. Abundant wildlife, amazing service, cool nights and hot days. Unparalleled (as of yet!)
